Q. Can you recover Photos/Data from damaged memory cards 
    or hard Drives?

A. Very difficult if the storage is physically damaged, if it just
    isn't recognised by your PC, or the PC reports that is
    unformatted (DO NOT CLICK YES TO FORMAT IT!) or has
    no files on it, then there is a chance.  I can attempt to
    recover the files, but there are no guarantees.


Q. My PC runs really slowly, what can I do about it?

A. It may be that there are many unwanted/unneeded programs
    running on your PC or the specification of your PC is outdated
    for the things you want it to do.  In either case, submit your
    PC for one of our health checks, I will do any minor fixes and
    give a written report on the recommendations to make your
    PC run quickly and troublefree.
